The guarantee covers the first payment on any plan, whether it is billed monthly or annually. That includes the Founding rate.

How to claim it
One step. Email hello@vtgvault.com inside the window. Include the email address you used to buy the subscription. There is no form or portal to find.

How the money comes back
The refund goes through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe processes subscription payments. Stripe Payment Links handle checkout on Stripe's own checkout page. Card details are entered there and never reach VTG Vault. How fast it lands is the bank's business. We do not control that.

After the window
No. Outside 30 days there is no refund for time already paid for. Instead, email hello@vtgvault.com to cancel. The subscription stops at the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.

Renewals
No. This guarantee covers the first payment on a plan. A renewal is not refunded. To avoid another charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Why the guarantee exists
The old free tier held 25 items. At that scale, a spreadsheet still beats this product, so the free tier showed it at its weakest. The value only lands after a sourcing trip, which is why the window is long enough to contain one.
