How this works
A lawyer has not reviewed this page yet. It says what the business does today.

01
Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between you and Gray Tecknologies LLC. It covers your use of the VTG Vault web application and the site at vtgvault.com.
02
Accounts
Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Shop customers can create staff logins. You choose who gets one, what each person can see, and what each person can do.
03
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are monthly or annual. They renew automatically until you cancel. Stripe processes subscription payments. Stripe Payment Links handle checkout on Stripe's own checkout page. Card details are entered there and never reach VTG Vault.
- Solo: $19 per month or $190 per year.
- Pro: $29 per month or $290 per year.
- Shop: $79 per month or $790 per year.
The Founding rate is for the first 50 sellers. It is a recurring annual subscription at $149 per year, and it keeps that rate when it renews.
04
Cancellation
Email hello@vtgvault.com to cancel. The subscription stops at the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.
The refund policy explains the money back guarantee, which lasts 30 days.
05
Plan limits
Solo is capped at 150 pieces, and the app enforces the cap.
Pro and Shop have no piece cap.
06
Your data
No. VTG Vault does not sell your data or use it to train anything. You own the data you put into VTG Vault.
The app stores inventory records, cost basis, sale records, hauls, and locations. For Shop customers, it also stores staff user accounts with a role and permissions for each person. The privacy policy explains what is stored and why.
07
Acceptable use
No illegal goods. No attempting to reach another customer's account. No reselling access to the software itself.
08
Availability
No. There is no uptime guarantee today. The service can go down, and this page promises no uptime percentage or response time.
09
Changes to the service and these terms
When VTG Vault changes, these terms may need to change too. Existing Founding subscriptions keep their rate on renewal. The date at the top of this page tells you when this text last changed.
10
Liability, governing law and disputes
Liability. VTG Vault is a record keeping tool, and it is provided as it is. The numbers it shows are only as good as the numbers entered into it. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, so check anything you file with whoever prepares your taxes. To the extent the law allows, Gray Tecknologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid for VTG Vault in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Gray Tecknologies LLC was formed, without regard to its conflict of law rules. A court case about these terms or the service is brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there instead.
Disputes. If something goes wrong, email hello@vtgvault.com first with what happened and what you want done. You will get a reply within 10 business days and an honest attempt to fix it directly. If it is not resolved within 30 days of that email, either side can take it to small claims court or to the courts named above.
